How to activate my product?
In order to activate your software product to full version you will need to enter a name and the lincence key. Please start the product you want to activate and click "Enter key" when asked about product registration. You will be presented with a dialog window that shows "hardware fingerprint". Please e-mail us this fingerprint and tell us the "Name" under which you'd like to activate your product. Based on this information we will send you back the licence key that can be used to activate your product.
Is it possible to transfer activated product to another computer?
Yes, it is. Please run your protected program with the UNREGISTER command-line option i.e. "ProCfg.exe UNREGISTER", without the quotes. It will guide you through the process and give you the uninstall code to pass to us. If the code is valid you can proceed with activation on another computer as described above.
Does SAEAUT SMS Service work on 64-bit operating systems?
Yes, it works, but following steps are necessary. 1. If you have installed a version of SAEAUT SMS Service, uninstall it. If you don't have installed MS Office 2007 or higher, please download and install the application from http://www.saeautom.sk/download/others/driver.zip 3. Install SAEAUT SMS Service, which you can download from http://www.saeautom.sk/download/others/sms_service.zip 4. Start SAEAUT SMS Service
Why configuration application (SMS Configurator) can´t start sms service?
Go to the folder Program Files-->SAE - Automation, s.r.o-->SAEAUT SMS Service-->SMS Configurator and right click on the file SMSConfigurator.exe. Select "Properties" --> "Compatibility" and check "Run as administrator". Close dialog with OK button. Now you can start SMS Configurator from desktop icon
