If a support query could take more then 1 man-hour, according to the first issue investigation, a customer is immediately informed by e-mail, telephone or fax and asked to negotiate estimated number of man-hours for solving of the issue or for deeper investigation. A customer is entitled to ask for reimbursing of the more than one year non-consumed support package.

Order, delivery and payment terms
You can place your order online, by fax, phone or e-mail. Online orders are processed immediately and therefore more quickly than other methods. It is the preferred method of ordering.
Online shopping system is powered by ShareIt, it includes secured payment methods through Internet, cheques or bank transfers for easy and comfortable ordering online.
If paying with a bank transfer, you must cash with the command:
- Outside European Union: the prices are in U.S. Dollars ($) and the payments must be in U.S. Dollars ($), we invoice Exclusive of Tax, but you agree that you may pay customs duties and taxes if applicable.
- For European Union members: the prices are in Euros (€) and the payments must be in Euros (€), if you provide us your VAT number we will invoice Exclusive of Tax; we have to add 19% tax otherwise.
- From Slovakia: we invoice a VAT (Value Added Tax) of 19%.

If the order was placed by fax/phone/email, we will contact you back within 3 work days (usually within 24 hours) with the order details. The price may be increased regarding postal charges if delivering product by post (fees related with CD-ROM delivery).
