New SAEAUT SMS service 2.0 - software for SMS messaging from your software applications and scripts with many improvements.
SMS messaging is now used for sending of information to customers, SMS marketing, managing of employees remotely, SMS voting, maintenance initialization, SMS tickets sending, the parking place and other services reservation and paying, resending of e-mails as SMS, starting of various programmes and scripts using SMS.
SAEAUT SMS service 2.0 is product applicable when performance provided by one modem connected to the PC is enough for a SMS messaging requirements of the application.
The delivered software package (SMS server, configurator, desktop client) can be used:
1. as complete stand alone solution for sending /receiving SMS using delivered example desktop client application from any computer in LAN.
2. with a customer client applications and scripts which cooperates with SAEAUT SMS service via shared database file.
3. with another application from the company SAE - Automation - OpcDbGateway for complex condition based SMS messaging and also as OPC SMS client/server software.
Core functionality of the SAEAUT SMS service is implemented as Windows Service without user interface. Using of PDU for SMS transmission provides its usability with many types of GSM modems.
The newest version of the SAEAUT SMS service 2.0 has higher performance and improved user interface. The configuration application of the SAEAUT SMS Service enables:
- import/export of the SMS recipients from/to csv-files
- the improved logging of activities
- log-file number and size and automatic removing old SMS from database can be parameterized
- looking for all connected GSM modems
- Windows service settings can be called directly from SAEAUT SMS Service configuration application.
Using it with OpcDbGateway enables to create SMS messaging applications with complex handling of message databases by configuring (mostly less laborious then programming) with database handling commands and, if necessary, using SQL commands. The SMS messaging with OpcDbGateway can be based also on evaluation of variables from technological devices or from a building automation system.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR END-USER FOR SOFTWARE FROM COMPANY

This software license agreement for end-user is legal agreement between you (person or corporation) and company SAE - Automation, s.r.o. Nová Dubnica for software products of company SAE - Automation, s.r.o., which includes computer software and associated storage media with this computer software and printed materials, and may include "online" or electronic documentation delivering on storage media ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this software license agreement. If you don't agree to the terms of this software license agreement, promptly return the unused SOFTWARE to company SAE - Automation, s.r.o. and money you paid for SOFTWARE, will be return to you.
SOFTWARE LICENSE
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual properly laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE isn't sold, but only the laws for its using are transfer to its user (licence is grant).
GRANT OF LICENSE: This software license agreement grants to you following rights:
1. You can use one copy of the SOFTWARE from company SAE - Automation, s.r.o. on one computer. The SOFTWARE is used on computer, when it's loaded in operation memory (RAM) or installed on storage media (hard-disk, CD-ROM or another storage media).
2. You can print documentation or copy it in arbitrary number under following conditions:
a. All text has to be copy without correction and with all pages.
b. All copies have to have sign of copyright laws of company SAE - Automation, s.r.o. and all another attentions present in document.
c. This documentation can't be distributed in order to make a profit.
UPGRADE
If the SOFTWARE is an upgrade of a product of company SAE - Automation or another company, you now may use or sell that upgraded software only in accordance with SOFTWARE on which was upgrade grant.
COPYRIGHT
All titles and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE, are owned by SAE - Automation, s.r.o. or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You have to treat with SOFTWARE as with otherwise product under copyright with the exception of:
a. You can make one copy only for backup you investment.
b. Install SOFTWARE on one computer and first copy remain as backup copy.
FUTHER LAWS AND RESTRICTIONS
1. You can not modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract or divide and use separately single SOFTWARE components on several computers, or grant any other person or entity in doing so.
2. You can not insert, delete, replace, change or otherwise alter any files of the SOFTWARE.
3. You can not loan, rent, lease, give, sublicense, transfer, publish, disclose, display or otherwise make available the SOFTWARE in whole or it part, to any other person or entity.
4. Copyright transfer. You can transfer copyright for SOFTWARE using to third person, including this license agreement. You can not remain any copies and you have to remove entire SOFTWARE, including all components, data media and printed materials. Third person, on which you transfer SOFTWARE, have to agree with the terms of this software license agreement. If the SOFTWARE is an upgrade, you have to transfer all previous versions, on which the upgrade was grant.
5. There can be no assurances the SOFTWARE will protect any individual or his or her property from harm. By using the SOFTWARE there is no indemnification for harm of property or in case of the inexpert manipulation of the SOFTWARE. SAE - Automation assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to any persons or property resulting from the use by you of the SOFTWARE.
6. If you don't fulfil the terms and conditions of this software license agreement SAE - Automation, s.r.o. reserves the right to fail this license agreement for SOFTWARE. In that case you have to destroy all your copies of the SOFTAWRE.
7. Company SAE - Automation does not take over any furthers warranties resulted from using the SOFTWARE.
8. If any further cooperation or exploitation from third party software is needed for functionality of the SOFTWARE form SAE - Automation, s.r.o., you accept the responsibility for observation of license agreement of third party supplier, while it was not agreed differently by special agreement between you and SAE - Automation, s.r.o.
9. The end-user responds to claims made by breach of contract.

Software SAEAUT SMS Service enables sending and receiving of individual and group SMS using personal computer.
It provides SMS services for other client applications in LAN or internet. It can be used as complete one user's SMS solution as well.
It can be placed either on server or on a desktop computer. A GSM modem or an Internet connection to the chosen SMS web gateway is necessary for its functionality (not provided in all product versions).
Product contains:
1.Runtime application without user interface implemented as the OS Windows Service
2.The configuration application with user interface having two purposes:
*The setting up of the runtime application functionality and features
*The client application to edit and browse of the sent and received SMS
Although the main purpose of the product is creating of special client applications using SMS services, we offer also (as individual products not delivered within the product SAEAUT SMS Service) two standard client applications:
*SAEAUT SMS Client - this application enables sending of the group and individual SMS in LAN and browsing of sent and received SMS for a just authenticated user. It must be installed on every computer in LAN using SMS services provided by runtime application of the SAEAUT SMS Service.
*SAEAUT SMS Web client - the web application for sending of SMS from web browser environment. It is installed on the only one comuter (it can be the same where SAEAUT SMS Service resides). The access to the application is from computers connected to Internet (after authentication) over web browser trough defined URL.
Customer applications using SMS functionality can be implemented by two ways:
-as external application connected to the SAEAUT SMS Service trough shared database
-as VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) application implemented directly in the MDB database file delivered with the product

Prepojenie s inými aplikáciami cez zdieľanú databázu alebo vytvorenie zákazníckých aplikácii priamo v mdb súbore. Porodukt pozostáva z konfiguračnej aplikácie s užívateľským rozhraním a výkonnej aplikácie implementovanej ako služba OS Windows. Konfigurátor sa dá použiť ako klientská aplikacia pre jednoduché a skupinové SMS.
Softvér SAEAUT SMS Service - posielanie a prijímanie jednoduchých a skupinových SMS správ pomocou personálneho počítača.
Je určený pre poskytovanie SMS služieb iným klientskym aplikáciám (prepojeným zdieľanou databázou) v lokálnej počítačovej sieti, alebo cez internet. Dá sa však použiť aj ako úplné jedno-užívateľské SMS riešenie. Môže byť umiestnený na serveri alebo na ľubovoľnom stolnom počítači. K svojej činnosti potrebuje buď GSM modem, GSM telefón, alebo internetové pripojenie na vybranú webovú SMS bránu (nie je zahrnuté vo všetkých verziách produktu).
Produkt pozostáva z:
1.Výkonnej aplikácie bez užívateľského rozhrania realizovanej ako služba OS Windows.
2. Konfiguračnej aplikácie s užívateľským rozhraním, ktorá má dve základne funkcie:
*Nastavenie vlastností a funkcionality vyššie uvedenej výkonnej aplikácie SAEAUT SMS service, správu užívateľov, správu skupín príjemcov a odosielateľov SMS správ.
*Slúži ako klientská aplikácia pre editáciu nových SMS správ a prezeranie prijatých a poslaných správ.
I keď hlavným účelom produktu je umožniť vytváranie zákazníckych klientskych aplikácii, ponúkame k produktu SAEAUT SMS Service (ako samostatné produkty) dve štandardné klientske aplikácie:
*SAEAUT SMS Client - táto aplikácia umožňuje z počítačov umiestnených v lokálnej počítačovej sieti posielať SMS správy vybratej skupine príjemcov alebo na zvolené telefónne číslo, zobrazovať zoznam prijatých a poslaných SMS správ aktuálne prihláseného užívateľa. Je potrebné nainštalovať ju na každý počítač v sieti, využívajúci SMS služby poskytované výkonnou aplikáciou.
*SAEAUT SMS Web client - webová aplikácia, ktorá je určená na posielanie SMS správ cez rozhranie webového prehliadača. Táto aplikácia sa inštaluje na jedinom počítači (napr. rovnakom ako je umiestnený SAEAUT SMS Service). Prístup k nej z počítačov pripojených k internetu je (po autentifikácii) cez webový prehliadač.
